3. Use of Services
3.1 License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.2 Permitted Uses
You may use our Services to: - Create and manage user profiles for children - Complete talent assessments and career exploration activities - Create, upload, and share creative works (with appropriate consents) - Access educational content and resources - Participate in community features (with parental permission)
3.3 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
Unlawful Activities: - Violate any local, state, national, or international law - Infringe upon intellectual property rights - Engage in fraud, harassment, or harmful conduct
Inappropriate Content: - Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive - Post content containing personal information of children (without consent) - Share content that is violent, sexual, discriminatory, or threatening - Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Technical Abuse: - Attempt to circumvent security or access control measures - Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission - Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code - Overload or interfere with our systems - Reverse engineer or decompile our software - Extract, distill, or attempt to replicate our AI models, algorithms, or training data (Model Extraction)
Data Misuse: - Collect information about other users without consent - Use our Services for unauthorized advertising or spam - Scrape or harvest data from our platform
4. User Content
4.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload ("User Content"). However, by uploading User Content, you grant us certain rights as described below.
4.2 License to KnowPlay
By uploading User Content, you grant KnowPlay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to: - Store, display, and distribute your User Content on our platform - Use User Content to provide and improve our Services - Create derivative works (e.g., thumbnails, format conversions) - Use anonymized or aggregated User Content for analytics and research - Train and improve our AI models and algorithms (AI Training)
This license ends when you delete your User Content or account, except for: - Backup copies retained for a reasonable period - Content that has been shared with others - Aggregated or anonymized data
4.3 Parental Control Over Child Content
For children under 13: - Parents control all decisions regarding their child's User Content - Parents must explicitly consent before child content is shared publicly - Parents can request deletion of child content at any time - Parents can revoke sharing permissions at any time
4.4 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to: - Review, monitor, and moderate User Content - Remove content that violates these Terms - Suspend or terminate accounts for violations - Report illegal content to authorities
We are not obligated to monitor all User Content but may do so for safety and compliance.
4.5 Content Standards
All User Content must: - Comply with applicable laws and regulations - Be appropriate for children and families - Not contain personal information (unless properly consented) - Not infringe on others' rights - Be truthful and not misleading - Not be maliciously generated or adversarially manipulated to mislead AI systems (No Adversarial Examples)
5. Privacy and Data Protection

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
The KnowPlay Talent Discovery Framework™, including its 5 Talent Domains™, 40 Talent Themes, and all associated terminology, definitions, and assessment methodologies, are the exclusive intellectual property of Fpvcreator Inc.
This framework is an original creation inspired by publicly available academic research in positive psychology, including but not limited to:
- Positive Psychology - Focusing on human strengths rather than deficits
- Multiple Intelligences Theory - Howard Gardner, 1983
- Flow Theory - Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, 1990
- Growth Mindset - Carol Dweck, 2006
- Self-Determination Theory - Deci & Ryan, 1985
The KnowPlay Talent Discovery Framework is not derived from, affiliated with, or endorsed by any other commercial assessment products or organizations (including but not limited to CliftonStrengths®, MBTI®, DISC®, StrengthsFinder®, VIA Character Strengths®, or any other proprietary assessment systems).
Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of the KnowPlay Talent Discovery Framework is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7.4 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services: - We may use them without obligation to you - You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license - We are not obligated to implement any feedback
